The document reads in parts: "Dear Shariʻatmadar (local religious notable), Mr. Fazil, I, Hasan Muhsini, am writing to you about the mills with all its equipment located next to the houses of master Muhammad, the architect. These belonged to Aqa Muhammad Karim's father in previous years, but now they belong to me. I would be grateful if you would write a note to that effect above this letter and confirm it with your seal". April 5, 1934. This document reports on the division of Mirza Ismaʻil Khan Amin al-Mulk's properties between his inheritors after his death. The inheitors were Aqa Musa Khan, the wife of Mirza Ahmad Khan (Minister of Court), the wife of Mirza ʻAbd Allah Khan Amin al-Sultan, and ʻIsa Khan. Lease of a mill, 1935
Aqa Shukr Allah rented two sixths of two mills, known as Haj Sadiq's, to his nephew, Aqa Mirza Hasan for one year from, 4 April 1935 to 3 April 1936 for 300 rials (25 rials a month). A note on the verso reads: "a lease for water rights from Mashhadi Muhammad Mahdi Akbari to Aqa Shukr Allah Muhsini and Mirza Hasan Muhsini."

The mahr is a Qurʼan worth two tumans, a qalamkar bed covering made in Isfahan worth 5 tumans, a carpet, a kilim worth 10 tumans, and three sixths of the properties inherited by the bridegroom. A marriage contract between Maryam Khanum (Junjun Khanum), the daughter of Haj Muhammad Shafiʻ, and Muhammad Ismaʻil, the son of Haj Muhammad Baqir on 8 May 1865. The mahr is 70 tumans (equal to 40 misqal gold), carpets and rugs for a room, part of a mansion, a garden, a qalamkar bed covering of 7 tuman. On the verso, there are two notes.
